Retailer 360
Retailer 360 is a concept for retail store owners that was created by Franklin Street. The concept is to modernize how a restaurant or clothing store would handle the real estate elements of their business. Rather than deal with multiple points of contact, Retailer 360 will handle the entirety of a store owner’s real estate needs from site selection, project management, facilities management, lease administration, disposition and strategy.
I worked to create a new, exciting brand that would stand out from other real estate companies that attend the large ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) conferences in Las Vegas, Orlando & Atlanta. The Retailer 360 brand is a sub-brand of Franklin Street which required implementing strict branding guidelines to use Franklin Street’s platform to launch this new initiative.
This was an extensive brand launch that was under a 3 month time crunch. We are continuing to build the brand with new website content, email blasts, original blog content, and a presence at large conferences across the nation.
